Shipping Policy

  • Coverage

    • We ship the products across India.
    • Minimum purchase amount is Rs. 300
    • Free Shipping for the orders above Rs. 2999
    • Shipping rates would be different based on the location and weight. Since our base location is Gujarat, the rates within and outside Gujarat will be different. For example, within Gujarat the per KG rate would be Rs. 50 for any location in Gujarat and outside Gujarat it will be Rs. 100 / KG.
    • We use multiple courier companies like Shri Maruti Courier, Blue Dart, FedEX etc. to ship your products depending on the location.
    • Due to COVID-19, the delivery would be restricted to certain pin codes which are designated as containment zones hence please check your zone first and then place the order.
    • Generally, the estimated delivery time would be 2-3 working days for Gujarat and 4-5 working days for outside Gujarat. It could take more time as well because of this pandemic situation in the country hence plese keep patience and order your products well in advance.

  • Safety

    • We take utmost care while packaging and shipping your products to ensure that the package is well sanitized and handled properly with all safety precautions.
    • We ship through only those reputed couriers who handles the packages with safety measures.

  • Damaged Goods

    • We take extreme care in the packaging and same care is taken by the courier but in certain situations there may be some damage to the products.
    • In case the package show any sign of leakage or showing obvisous damage then we request you to not accept the package and return to the courier agency immediately.
    • Please email us an image of the damaged package to within 2 days of delivery so that we can take remedial steps.
