Subject to Return/exchange Policy, a purchased product can be exchanged or returned within 1(one) to 3 (Three) days from the date of delivery/placing an order.
Products once sold and delivered to you, shall be eligible for return only if the product condition is found to be damaged, broken, passed expiry date, faulty or different from the ordered one. You can return the products, purchased from us under your order provided that the products packs are sealed/unopened and unused and in original condition.
If the product packaging is opened by the customer and if he/she want to return the product than they cannot replace the product nor refund will be given to the customer according to our policy.
We will accept the return of the products, provided such return is for products that are wrongly delivered, wrong product, incomplete package or passed expiry date. Reverse shipment cannot be arranged by us due to unavailability of our logistics partners, then in that case you are requested to send such products through any available courier services. The charges of return shipment are not refunded by us. The customer has to pay the charges from their side.
The Customer shall ensure that he/she does not accept the delivery of any Product whose original packaging is damaged or tampered in any manner.
ALL RETURNS, EXCHANGE AND CANCELLATION OF PRODUCTS ARE SUBJECT TO MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTIES AND THE INOVICE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
The amount will be refunded to you between 7-15 working days depending upon the mode of payment chosen by you. Sometimes banks or financial intermediaries take a longer time to process the refund request. However, if the refund does not happen by the date advised, you may contact us and we will gladly help you.
